Terp Toy Drive

Give a gift, warm a child's heart!

Our holiday drive, benefiting the City of College Park Youth and Family Services, has been making a difference in the lives of local children for 28 years.

Donate a gift by Wednesday, December 10 and make the holiday season brighter for a child in need.

Gift Drop-Off

To drop-off a gift:

  1. Visit a store that sells children's toys/items.
  2. Select the gift(s) you would like to donate. View gift suggestions by age group in our FAQs.
  3. Purchase the gift.
  4. Drop-off the gift at any residence hall service desk.

What age range is the greatest need?

Two of our major donation locations are elementary schools. We greatly appreciate donations in the 6-9 and 10-13 age range.

Is there a minimum number of items/suggested amount I should donate?

All donations make a difference. No minimum is required.

Who are the gifts' recipients?

All gifts are distributed to local children and teenagers ages newborn to 18 years old by the City of College Park Youth and Family Services, Hollywood Elementary School, Paint Branch Elementary School, Pregnancy Aid Center, Healthy Families Prince George's, and Jwanzaa Youth Partnership, Inc.

What are some example gifts I can donate?
