Case Management Services

Residential Case Managers offer one-on-one, nonclinical support to help students navigate challenges, connect with campus resources, and create personalized wellness plans after a mental health crisis. Whether you're facing a concern or worried about someone else, reaching out is a strong first step.

You might consider submitting a referral if a student is:

  • Missing from class and isolating
  • Struggling with basic needs (food, housing, finances, transportation)
  • Facing health or mental health challenges
  • Having academic difficulties that may need additional support
  • Displaying concerning behavior or talking about harm to self or others

Not sure if a referral is appropriate? It’s okay to reach out—case managers will follow up as needed.
