Our Resident Directors at the University of Maryland bring experiences from a variety of fields, such as Higher Education/Student Affairs Administration, Psychology, Public Policy, and Liberal Arts. What you will find we have in common is a strong sense of professionalism, fun, and satisfaction with what we can and do accomplish. We try to promote a healthy balance between work and personal life and our Resident Directors are encouraged to find this balance in their lives.
We are excited about the diversity of experiences and backgrounds in our staff and are eager to continue to include a variety of people with individual perspectives as members of our team.
