In July 2012 construction began on our newest campus residence hall, Prince Frederick Hall. Prince Frederick Hall will be located in the North Hill Community. It is being constructed between Caroline Hall and the Mowatt Lane Garage and will face the Smith School of Business in Van Munching Hall.

This seven story residence hall will open for Fall 2014 and will house 462 students in a combination of singles, doubles and four-person semi-suites. Approximately half of the residents will be housed in traditional double rooms, while nearly 40% will be housed in four-person semi-suites. A small number of single and double rooms with private baths will be available on each floor. All student rooms will have space for a personal microwave and a refrigerator up to 3.6 cubic feet in size.

The building will feature an open lobby with entrances from both the south and north as well as a first floor and ground floor wing featuring small and large group meeting spaces for building events and living learning program classes.
