Baltimore Hall is a four-story, coed, building that accommodates approximately 96 residents. All living quarters consist of suites and apartments, which contain a living room, three to four bedrooms and one to three baths. Suites are the same as apartments, but do not have kitchens. Most academic buildings and libraries are less than a 10-minute walk away and the South Campus Dining Hall is only five minutes away.

Residents living in Baltimore Hall have access to the Community Center in Annapolis Hall which includes a community kitchen, 24-hour service desk, and large multi-purpose room. The laundry facility is conveniently located in the adjacent building at Harford Hall. The building is also equipped with air conditioning, wall-to-wall carpeting and solid oak furniture. Each room is complete with data jacks for private telephone and computer use, and cable connections for each student. Some living quarters are equipped and accessible for persons with disabilities.

Resident Life Staff

Resident Life staff are available to assist residents with a variety of needs. The Resident Life staff is responsible for managing the residence halls, as well as creating a social, cultural, and academic environment through various programs. Community Assistants operate the residential community’s 24-hour service desk. Located in adjacent Annapolis Hall, the service desk is the central location for which students obtain spare keys, contact staff after-hours, and make other customer service related requests. Two Resident Assistants live in the building, along with one full-time Resident Director, who also lives in an adjacent building, and supervises the Resident Assistant staff.
