Once completed the form can be uploaded by logging into your Resident Life Profile. We will strive to meet all medical accommodations; however, we cannot guarantee other preferences. Every effort will be made to allow for and accommodate roommate requests.
More information regarding roommate requests will be sent via email to residents as the specifics to this process are finalized.
Please be aware that if circumstances change and the situation necessitates, the Department of Resident Life reserves the right to modify or cancel students’ housing agreements. Students will be notified immediately if this is the case.
